Belfast Blend
EFTea is a Belfast based company established in 2023. Belfast with its own history of troubles was the inspiration for our first blend of tea. Troubles can include stress, anxiety and general worries in life. Our Belfast Blend Tea’s includes ingredients which promote relaxation and distressing.
Heads of chamomile flowers plucked and dried straight from the field to evoke the essence of summer - blended with lemon and lavender for freshness.
Chamomile has been valued as a digestive relaxant and has been used to treat various gastrointestinal issues. This blend is perfect for meditation to relax the body as you work with the mind and tap through emotions.
How the use:
Half fill one side of crystal tea strainer.
Close the strainer, place in cup and pour just boiled water into the cup.
Leave to stand for 5 minutes.
During this brewing time of 5 minutes, do 2-3 rounds of tapping. Follow card instructions or go online for video.

Perfect Blend to use with tapping when wanting to work on food cravings and weight loss.
How to use:
